DELIVERY OF FINISHED WORK
Upon payment online for individual digital copies by Client, finished work is available for immediate download in highest available resolution and without watermark. Delivery of finished work for an agreed upon set of digital photographs (aka custom photo shoot) can be delivered online via a password-protected client gallery or through other agreed upon channel. Payment is also due in full at time of delivery (via download or other channel) for a custom photo shoot.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE LICENSE
Images supplied to the Client can be used for personal use (including use on client’s own website) and for ordering printed copies.
Copyright remains with Lily Peterson Photography. The images provided are protected by copyright and may not be used or passed on to a third party without written permission from Lily Peterson Photography. Illegal copying is a breach of copyright. On receipt of full payment the Client will be licensed to use the images as specified. This licence is non-transferable. Licence for use does not pass to the Client until full payment has been received by Lily Peterson Photography.
INDEMNITY
The photographer shall not be liable for any legal action or damages from or arising out of the publication of the photographs or other use by the client.
CLIENT APPROVAL
The Client is responsible for having its authorized representative present during all shooting phases of an Assignment. If no representative is present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be accepted. The Client shall be bound by all approvals, and job changes made by the Clients representatives. Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance there is no right of rejection.
